Job summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation seeks an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor in Las Vegas to lead restaurant operations during assigned shifts. You will supervise team members, ensure service standards, and coordinate beverage outlets to deliver memorable guest experiences.

This role requires 21+ years, an associate degree or equivalent experience, and strong communication skills. You will manage schedules, maintain inventory, and handle guest issues with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Associate degree or 1 year related experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand and walk for majority of shift.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily staff work stations and break schedules.
• Ensure prompt and courteous service to guests.
• Monitor compliance with service standards.
• Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Oversee restaurant service during shift.
• Ensure beverage shift openings/closings are timely.
• Verify staff uniform and procedures compliance.
• Resolve guest complaints professionally.
• Manage inventories and requisitions.
• Evaluate staff performance and coaching.
• Coordinate cleaning and repairs of beverage outlets.
• Perform related admin and reporting duties.
