Responsibilities include hiring and on-site training, maintaining sanitation and safety, managing inventory, reviewing menus, supervising staff, addressing guest concerns, and reporting tips. This role requires leadership, resilience under pressure, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication.
• Able to listen, understand, clarify, and resolve concerns raised by staff and guests.
• Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) proficiency preferred.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire and on-site training for new employees per standards.
• Maintain compliant, safe, healthy environment; enforce sanitation and liquor laws.
• Manage inventory, ordering of food, equipment, and supplies; submit service requests.
• Review menu changes with staff.
• Be neat in appearance; wear uniform with name tag.
• Monitor service quality by visiting tables and responding to guest complaints promptly.
• Conduct staff performance reviews per company standards.
• Attend all required meetings and complete tip reporting.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
