Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of food and beverage programs—fresh food, grab-and-go meals, beverages, catering, and more.
• Drive food service sales and hit performance goals with a focus on quality and consistency.
• Become the in-store expert on food programs, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
• Own and deliver training for Customer Service Associates to build proficiency and motivation.
• Support hiring, scheduling, training, and team development; recognize great performance.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting food service area meeting health standards.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and equipment upkeep to support operations.
