• Oversee catering, banquets, and beverage operations including inventory and controls.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and daily reviews with staff to communicate expectations.
• Recruit, interview, hire, train, and evaluate staff in line with policy and law.
• Ensure safety standards, training compliance (TIPS/Food Safety), and quality service.
