Job summary

Club Fortune Casino is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to lead the front of house and bar operations, ensuring exceptional guest service and financial performance in a fast-paced casino environment.

You will oversee deli, café, and casino bar operations, hire and train staff, and coordinate with vendors for events while maintaining high food quality and safety standards. This role requires flexibility to cover various FOH positions as needed.

Qualifications

Must demonstrate strong leadership and management techniques.
Knowledge of Dining Room and Kitchen Operations.
Knowledge of POS systems and procurement processes.
Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office software.
Ability to provide positive, professional guest service.
Ability to manage team members in a busy environment.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Manage the Deli, Cafe and Casino Bar operations and staff according to budget and service standards.
Resolve customer complaints about food quality and/or preparation.
Order food and beverage supplies, track shipments and communicate with vendors.
Ensure food & beverages are prepared to established standards.
Hire, train, schedule and manage the FOH, Deli & beverage team.
Collaborate with staff, vendors and management for events.
Ensure guests are welcomed into a clean and presentable environment.
Occasionally fill in as Server, Host, or Bartender to cover peak periods.
