Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to obtain the appropriate license.
• Five years of experience in a High Volume Food & Beverage setting required.
• Three years of experience in a Casino setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Food and Beverage staff ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Manage daily operations within budget guidelines.
