Job summary

Family Entertainment Group seeks a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead the facility's F&B operations and act as Manager on Duty. The role blends bar oversight with inventory management, ordering, and ensuring health, safety, and service standards while supporting arcade and guest services.

The ideal candidate has at least 6 months of supervisory experience in a fast-paced service setting, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to obtain required safety cards.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of experience supervising a bar or kitchen with food safety and alcohol-service knowledge.
• Experience with inventory management and/or ordering.
• Arcade, amusement, or entertainment venue experience not required — full training provided.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Must be able to obtain SNHD Food Handler Card, Alcohol Awareness (TAM) Card, and Non-Gaming Sheriff's Work Card.

Responsibilities

• Oversee F&B inventory levels; assist with weekly ordering and monthly inventory counts.
• Supervise bar operations, including pour standards, cash handling, and compliance with alcohol service policies.
• Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Ensure compliance with health department, food safety, and alcohol service regulations.
• Supervise full facility operations, including the arcade floor, during scheduled shifts (Manager on Duty).
• Lead and support team members across departments; delegate tasks and address staffing challenges.
• Serve as a point of contact for guest concerns; resolve issues professionally and promptly.
• Collaborate with the General Manager on staff performance and development.
