Job summary

The role reports to the Director of Food & Beverage and oversees FOH/BOH staffing, training, inventory, and procedures, partnering with Culinary and Purchasing to drive guest satisfaction and financial results.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; college degree preferred.
• 10+ years progressive experience in food & beverage operations in a high-volume, multi-outlet environment.
• Proven leadership experience managing large teams (10+ employees) across FOH and BOH.
• Knowledge of California Alcohol Beverage Control regulations; TIPS certification or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide structured, hands-on leadership to large FOH and BOH teams; set clear expectations and accountability.
• Oversee daily operations across assigned outlets, ensuring safety, staffing, scheduling, and service timing.
• Maximize daily sales and control labor and costs to meet financial targets.
• Develop and implement operational systems including inventory tracking, par levels, and scheduling.
• Train staff and implement accountability measures to drive productivity and service excellence.
• Collaborate with Culinary, Purchasing, and other departments to align operations and execute priorities.
