Job summary

Paycom Clubhouse - Service is seeking a dedicated leader to manage and train front-of-house staff for a la carte and banquet operations. You will craft daily lineups, ensure exceptional member service, and guide the team in a fast-paced club environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills. Expect a full-time schedule with weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 1–2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination.
• Experience in upscale dining with progression and growth
• Excellent time-management, detail-oriented, and follow-through
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and member service skills
• Leadership of staff including hiring, training, coaching, and disciplining

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and maintain processes to enhance service and member satisfaction.
• Communicate member feedback, needs, or requests while delivering top-level service.
• Formulate daily lineups for banquet and a la carte service.
• Support setup, execution, and breakdown of daily member experiences.
• Act as a situational leader to monitor service quality and pace on the floor.
• Participate in hiring, training, coaching, and discipline of service staff.
• Prepare closing reports and attend F&B meetings as needed.
• Oversee seasonal pool operations and manage inventory/restocking of service items.
