Job summary

Sevenwinds-Casino, Lodge- in Hayward, WI is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to assist the F&B Director in daily operations across outlets. You will supervise beverage and front-of-house service, coordinate scheduling, training, and evaluations, and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining labor control.

You will lead by example, manage staffing needs, assist with interviewing, and ensure compliance with policies, safety, and sanitation standards on every shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years of food and beverage experience is preferred.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise beverage and front-of-house operations to ensure efficient, consistent, and professional service.

• Prepare, maintain, and submit schedules; monitor labor costs.
