Job summary

Four Winds Casino New Buffalo is seeking a dedicated supervisor to oversee venue operations per shift, ensuring guest satisfaction and compliance with policies, procedures and gaming regulations. You will manage staff, coordinate with Culinary and Stewarding teams, monitor service standards, and handle guest concerns while maintaining professional appearance and adherence to health and safety requirements.

This role requires leadership, strong communication, ServSafe and HACCP knowledge, and the

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
One to three years related supervisory experience preferred.
ServSafe certification, or ability to become certified, required.
Knowledge of HACCP standards required.
Indiana requires an active employee permit issued by the State of Indiana's Alcohol and Tobacco Commission (ATC) and a completed Indiana ATC approved server training program.
This position requires a Level 4 Gaming License.

Responsibilities

Oversees operations of the venue during assigned shift to ensure guest satisfaction and policy compliance.
Enforces service standards and monitors performance across all venues.
Coordinates with Operations Management on staffing, guest concerns, and supply needs.
Promotes professional guest relations and handles issues via reports and email distributions.
Works with Culinary and Stewarding to ensure food quality, sanitation, and adequate supplies.
