Terre Haute Casino Resort is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to oversee casino dining venues, event center and non-gaming food service areas. This full-time role requires evenings and weekends availability, with hands-on leadership of front-of-house operations and beverage and food service.

The supervisor will partner with culinary teams, train staff to uphold service standards, manage labor budgets, and ensure menu accuracy and POS updates.

Qualifikationen

• At least two years' experience in high volume food and beverage operations preferred.
• Two Years' Experience Managing Team Members Preferred
• Four-year Degree Or Related Field Experience Preferred
• Wine and liquor knowledge required.

Aufgaben

• Responsible for assisting in the front of house operations of beverage operations or food outlets as assigned.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure established recipes are adhered to.
• Ensure that the service culture is ingrained in every guest interaction through proper training, coaching and accountability.
• Assist F&B leadership in ensuring accuracy of all menus (food and drink) and update POS as required.
• Responsible for maintaining budgeted labor and staffing levels of all outlets.
• Oversees guest satisfaction through constant table visits and staff engagement throughout the dining room.
• Train all team members and ensure consistency of service at the highest level.
• Oversee ordering and inventory levels.
