Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field.
• Or a 4-year college degree with at least 3 years of related experience.
• Proficiency in Windows, company-approved spreadsheets and word processing.
• Knowledge of F&B preparation techniques, health department rules and liquor laws.
• Ability to work long hours and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise all property F&B, kitchen and back-of-house operations.
• Market ideas to promote business and reduce employee turnover.
• Maintain revenue and payroll budgets and meet productivity targets.
• Monitor and adjust department performance; report as needed.
• Supervise F&B personnel and respond to guest complaints promptly.
• Participate in budget, forecasting and inventory processes.
• Ensure compliance with health and sanitation regulations and liquor laws.
• Coordinate loss prevention and participate in department meetings.
• Prepare and submit reports on a timely basis.
• Maintain regular attendance and present a professional appearance.
