The candidate should possess strong supervisory experience, knowledge of F&B operations, and be able to work long hours to ensure smooth hotel service and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of progressive F&B/hotel supervisory experience.
• Proficient in Windows, company-approved spreadsheets and word processing.
• Knowledge of F&B preparation techniques, health department rules and liquor laws.
• Long hours may be required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all F&B personnel.
• Respond to guest complaints in a timely manner.
• Participate in F&B budgeting, forecasting and monitor department performance.
• Monitor industry trends to maintain competitive, profitable operations.
• Coordinate with the F&B Manager and report issues as they arise.
• Prepare and submit required reports in a timely manner.
• Organize department meetings and inventories; submit reports to accounting.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and health and safety regulations.
• Conduct training and participate in hotel meetings and events.
• Maintain guest satisfaction and high service standards.
