Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton Sarasota is seeking a Management-level leader for the Food & Beverage team. This key role supervises daily F&B shift operations, ensures adherence to standards, budgets, and safety policies, and delivers exceptional guest service.

You will manage staffing, training, and performance to maintain the highest Ritz-Carlton standards across all F&B outlets. Located at 1111 Ritz-Carlton Drive in Sarasota, this full-time position offers a competitive salary and bonus

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; plus 2 years of F&B/culinary experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily F&B shift operations to ensure quality and compliance with policies and standards.
• Manages operating budget, goals, and team performance to meet guest expectations daily.
• Provides exceptional customer service, coaches staff, and maintains brand standards and service culture.
• Performs other duties as needed to support business needs.
