Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 6 years experience in food & beverage, culinary, event management, or related area.
• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 4 years experience in relevant area.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains Food & Beverage goals and strategies.
• Develops and manages the Food & Beverage budget.
• Leads the Food & Beverage/culinary team and drives performance.
• Ensures exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Manages HR activities and talent development for the F&B team.
• Provides timely information to leadership and drives operational improvements.
