Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton Sarasota is seeking a Food and Beverage Management professional to lead the property's restaurant, bar, room service, and banquet operations. You will develop and implement departmental strategies, align with the brand service expectations, and drive revenue while ensuring guest satisfaction and loyal service experiences.

You will guide teams, manage budgets, and uphold brand standards across all F&B outlets.

Qualifications

• 6 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, event management, or related professional area.
• 2-year degree in related major with 4 years experience in F&B or hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement department strategies for F&B and culinary operations.
• Oversee Restaurants/Bars, Room Service, and Banquets/Catering as applicable.
• Monitor budgets and revenue performance; ensure cash and liquor controls.
• Develop promotions, menu items, and presentations with direct reports.
• Support hiring, training, and performance management of F&B leadership.
