The Mina Group seeks an experienced Food & Beverage Operations leader to supervise daily F&B shift operations at a Ritz-Carlton property. You will monitor policies, standards and customer expectations while managing the operating budget and ensuring compliance with legal obligations.

You will develop goals, organize work, and lead a team to deliver exceptional service, hold others to the brand's standards, and foster a collaborative, guest-focused culture on a daily basis.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED with 4 years of experience in the food & beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
• 2-year degree in a related field with 2 years experience in food & beverage, culinary, or related professional area.

Responsabilidades

• Assists in ordering F&B supplies, cleaning supplies and uniforms.
• Supervises daily F&B shift operation and monitors compliance with F&B policies, standards, and procedures.
• Supports and supervises an effective monthly self-inspection program.
• Operates department equipment as necessary and reports malfunctions.
• Supervises staffing levels to verify guest service, operational needs and financial objectives are met.
• Encourages teamwork and mutual respect among staff.
• Understands employee roles to cover duties in their absence.
• Develops goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work.
• Maintains productivity and brand-specific service culture.
• Follows the property’s second effort and recovery plan.
• Stays available/approachable for all team members.
• Communicates issues to staff and follows up for understanding.
• Coordinates cleaning program in all F&B areas and suggests improvements.
• Establishes open, collaborative relationships with employees.
• Creates a motivating, empowering property environment with passion for service.

Educación

High school diploma or GED

2-year degree in Food Service Management / Hotel and Restaurant Management / Hospitality / Business Administration
