Job summary

SBE Beverly Hills is seeking an experienced F&B Manager to supervise all property food and beverage operations, ensuring profitability and high-quality service. The role requires leadership to market ideas, reduce turnover, and maintain budgets while sustaining top-tier guest experiences.

The position is full-time, on-site in Beverly Hills, with responsibilities spanning budgeting, compliance, staff development, and ongoing operational improvements to elevate the guest experience.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of progressive experience in hospitality field.
• Preferred 4-year college degree and at least 2 years of related experience; or a 2-year college degree and 4 or more years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all F&B personnel.
• Prepare the F&B budget and monitor department performance.
• Respond to guest complaints promptly.
• Coordinate and monitor all phases of Loss Prevention in the F&B department.
• Ensure timely purchase of F&B items within budget.
• Ensure compliance with local liquor laws and health and sanitation regulations.
• Interview candidates for front-of-house F&B positions.
• Conduct and/or attend all required meetings, including pre-convention and post-convention meetings.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
