Job summary

Caesars Entertainment seeks a Food and Beverage Supervisor to oversee all front and back of the house restaurant operations and ensure exceptional service. You will promote customer satisfaction, respond to complaints tactfully, and maintain strict quality control across all food and beverage served.

Responsibilities include managing inventory and orders, training staff to deliver excellent service, upholding health and safety regulations, and staying current with policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Food and Beverage Supervisor or similar role.
• Strong understanding of the operational dynamics of the food and beverage industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have great or and written communication skills.
