Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering training programs for diverse teams.
• Ability to coach and develop staff, supervisors and chefs.
• Familiarity with Pay for Performance processes and HR records management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate training for new hires in the F&B department.
• Support development of food and guest service management competencies.
• Design and organize departmental training programs for operational excellence.
• Evaluate performance using guest feedback and service observations; support recognition programs.
• Maintain training manuals and position-specific assessments.
• Ensure accurate HR records with proper documentation and file maintenance.
• Coordinate Pay for Performance evaluations and related processes.
• Provide administrative support to the Director of Hospitality and leadership.
