Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate training for all new hires within the Food & Beverage department.
• Support development of food and guest service management competencies.
• Design and organize training programs to improve operations and service.
• Evaluate performance via guest feedback and observations; support recognition programs.
• Maintain training manuals and position-specific assessments.
• Ensure accurate employee records and Pay for Performance file maintenance.
• Lead and support Pay for Performance processes and evaluations.
• Provide administrative oversight for training initiatives.
• Support internal and external events; meet timelines.
