Job summary

Hilton in Maui is seeking an Assistant Director of Food and Beverage to oversee banquet and outlet operations with reporting to the F&B Director. The role manages 19 leaders and 250+ front-of-house staff, ensuring service excellence across multiple outlets on a Forbes-listed resort.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in multi-outlet leadership, hands-on leadership style, and beverage knowledge; union environments are a plus, and Forbes-hotel experience is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 2–3 years of multi-outlet leadership experience.
• Hands-on, driven leader with strong operational presence.
• Experience in a unionized environment is strongly preferred.
• Strong beverage knowledge and experience in Forbes-rated hotels preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support F&B operational strategy, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Oversee guest service excellence, product quality, inventory control, and reservations.
• Lead revenue growth with creative menus and F&B marketing strategies.
• Drive engagement, development, and retention of front-line and leadership teams.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol regulations.
