Job summary

Highgate Hotels in Lahaina, HI seeks a Food & Beverage Manager to coordinate, supervise and direct all aspects of the F&B outlet’s operations, while maintaining profitability and high quality products and service levels.

You will market ideas to promote business, manage revenue and payroll budgets, ensure compliance with liquor laws and SOPs, supervise outlet personnel, handle guest concerns, and lead staff training to uphold Highgate standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of the F&B outlet.
• Supervise outlet personnel.
• Respond to guest complaints promptly.
• Coordinate with other F&B managers and report issues.
• Keep supervisor informed of problems needing attention.
• Assist in Loss Prevention across the outlet.
• Submit required reports in a timely manner.
• Prepare reports on wage progress, payroll, revenue, schedules.
