Job description

Summary

Under the direction of the Food & Beverage Director, the Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for the overall operations and profitability of assigned venues, including team development, achieving financial and enterprise objectives, maintaining inventory control, ensuring high‑quality customer service, and compliance with health and safety regulations. The role oversees Coffee Spot, Soda Bar, Cantina, and Restaurant areas.

Responsibilities
  • Accountable for all Front of House team members assigned to the venue(s).
  • Ensure optimal operations during business hours by monitoring customer satisfaction and resolving complaints.
  • Assist the F&B Director in developing and administering controls for front‑of‑house operations, maintaining brand standards.
  • Help budget revenue, food cost, expense, headcount, and profit.
  • Oversee venue cleanliness, sanitation, and compliance with established codes.
  • Ensure maintenance of all equipment per maintenance schedules, order repairs, and recommend replacements.
  • Maintain compliance with all Federal, State, and local gaming regulations while delivering exceptional guest service to all internal and external guests.
  • Maintain confidentiality of guest and member information and casino data.
  • Maintain professional appearance and personal hygiene.
  • Adhere to punctuality and attendance policies.
  • Work independently and in a collaborative, team‑oriented environment.
  • Interact effectively with all levels of team members and management.
Supervisor Responsibilities
  • Hire, train, and manage staff as needed.
  • Oversee the daily workflow of the department.
  • Document and administer disciplinary action of employees as needed.
  • Conduct performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
  • Approve weekly timesheets and manage leave requests.
  • Report tips (if applicable).
  • Schedule shifts (if applicable).
Qualifications
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, food service, business or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of restaurant or related hospitality experience required.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience required.
  • Related experience may be considered in lieu of minimum educational requirements.
  • Must be 21 years of age.
  • Must obtain and maintain the required OOGC License.
  • Must be a US citizen or provide documentation to work in the US.

Physical Demands

The employee will be required to stand and walk for prolonged periods, may occasionally stoop, kneel, stretch, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds. Occasional lifting over 25 pounds may be required.

Work Environment

This is an environmentally controlled office environment. Evening and/or weekend hours may be necessary depending on business requirements, deadlines, and workload.
