Placements24 seeks an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee all dining operations in Paarl, delivering exceptional guest experiences across restaurants, bars, and room service while guiding staff, managing costs, and driving revenue.

You will shape the venue's gastronomic identity, enforce hygiene standards, and lead menu development, inventory control, and marketing initiatives in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or in a similar senior F&B role.
• In-depth knowledge of culinary trends, food preparation, and beverage service.
• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Excellent financial management and cost control abilities.
• Experience in menu engineering and inventory management.
• A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences in the Paarl region.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, and banqueting.
• Develop menus, source high-quality ingredients, and ensure cost-effective inventory management.
• Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Implement and enforce strict hygiene and safety standards across F&B operations.
• Monitor financial performance, control budgets, and identify opportunities to increase profitability.
• Develop and execute marketing and promotional activities to attract and retain customers.
