Job summary

Azul Hospitality is seeking a seasoned Food & Beverage Director to lead the hotel’s F&B outlets, ensuring top quality, consistent service, and profitable operations.

You will manage budgets, develop menus in collaboration with the culinary team, negotiate with vendors, and supervise scheduling, training, and payroll for the outlets.

This on-site role requires strong leadership, excellent guest relations, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic hospitality environment in California.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years F&B operation experience.
• 1–2 years management experience required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Hospitality Management.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct F&B outlets to meet daily operations.
• Develop budgets and revenue plans; control costs.
• Coordinate with culinary, sales, and other departments.
• Oversee inventory, procurement, and vendor relations.
• Schedule staff and ensure compliance with safety and service standards.
• Provide training and coach staff.
