Job summary

The Little Nell in Aspen, a premier Four Seasons? No bespoke marker; describes a Food & Beverage Office Administrative Assistant role supporting daily administrative duties for the F&B office at The Little Nell.

This position oversees office operations, training reservationists, and ensures effective communication between restaurant management within the hotel. Reports to the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1 year of F&B operational experience preferred.
• Notary preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily with F&B leadership to address urgent requests and operational needs.
• Maintain a rolling 90‑day calendar of important dates, hotel closures, restaurant activities and hours.
• Assist in maintaining financials via the Check Book.
• Answer phones and route guest or vendor requests as appropriate.
• Prepare daily correspondence, reader boards, menus and letters for the department.
• Order office supplies and manage mail and delivery duties.
