Job summary

The Little Nell, Aspen’s premier Five-Star, Five-Diamond hotel, seeks a Food & Beverage Office Administrative Assistant for the Winter season. This seasonal full-time role supports daily office operations, trains reservationists, and ensures smooth communication across restaurant management within the F&B outlets.

Qualified candidates have a bachelor’s degree preferred and at least 1 year of Food & Beverage experience; Notary is a plus. Applications deadline Nov 8, 2026.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1 year of Food & Beverage operational experience preferred.
• Notary preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate daily with the Assistant Director of F&B and escalate urgent requests to F&B heads.
• Maintain a rolling 90-day calendar of important dates, closures, activities and hours.
• Assist in maintaining financials via Check Book.
