Job summary

The Little Nell in Aspen is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support HR processes for The Little Nell, Residences and Aspen Mountain Club. The role greets employees and candidates, handles screening, file maintenance and HRIS entry under the supervision of the Assistant Director of HR.

The pay range is $26.00 to $28.00 per hour, with actual pay based on budget and experience. This full-time position offers year-round benefits and opportunities within a luxury hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required.
• At least two years of HR experience required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete onboarding and orientation for new hires.
• Maintain HRIS entries for employees and candidates.
• Assist with benefits, wellness fairs, and payroll data accuracy.
• Support recruitment: scheduling meetings and interviews.
• Provide high-quality customer service to employees.
