The Elizabeth Hotel and Emporium, part of Sage Hospitality Group in Fort Collins, seeks a Food & Beverage Manager to lead restaurant and room service operations, delivering exceptional guest experiences in a vibrant, music-infused setting.

You will oversee outlets, manage budgets, mentor a diverse team, and create engaging promotions that showcase local flavor while upholding Sage's commitment to community and hospitality. Nights, weekends, and holidays required.

Qualifikationen

• More than two years of post-high school education.
• One to two years of employment in a related position with this company or other organization(s).
• Thorough knowledge of restaurant/hotel practices and procedures.
• Supervision/management communication skills are required.
• Excellent oral communication and guest service orientation.

Aufgaben

• Manage the outlets' associates to attract, develop, and retain staff, including scheduling and performance reviews.
• Ensure SOPs, safety regulations and local regulations are followed across outlets to provide quality service.
• Forecast, monitor, and report on budgets and costs to maximize revenue and control expenses.
• Respond to guest trends and issues to ensure a quality experience.
• Create promotions and buffet presentations to capture more in-house guests.
