The Elizabeth Hotel & Emporium, part of Sage Hospitality, in Fort Collins, CO, is hiring a Bell Attendant. You will welcome guests, assist with luggage, and guide them to registration, while maintaining exceptional hospitality and safety standards.

Ideal candidates bring strong customer service skills, a valid driver’s license, and a passion for local community engagement. This is a full-time, on-site role with growth opportunities across Sage properties.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of basic customer service skills.
• Fluent in oral and written English.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet all guests arriving at the hotel.
• Assist guests with retrieving luggage from vehicles.
• Explain valet parking procedures and fees.
• Park vehicles securely and note key tag information.
• Provide directions to registration and check-in.
• Respond to guest questions about transportation and local events.
• Maintain professionalism and courtesy at all times.
• Work as a team to ensure guest satisfaction.
