Job summary

The Elizabeth Hotel, part of Sage Hospitality Group, is seeking a part-time Server to provide prompt and courteous service in the restaurant. The role emphasizes guest attention, order accuracy, and teamwork within a lively, hospitality-driven property in Fort Collins.

You'll work evenings, weekends, and holidays with opportunities for growth and access to hotel perks. Prior server experience is preferred and a positive, guest-focused demeanor is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have basic knowledge of customer service principles and restaurant operations.
• Must know standard cash-handling procedures.
• Must be fluent in oral and written English.
• Must observe and process guest checks accurately.

Responsibilities

• Greet and take food and drink orders from restaurant customers and serve items.
• Remain attentive to guests throughout the dining experience and maintain service standards.
• Complete opening/closing sidework and restocking tasks as instructed.
• Memorize menu items and specials to answer questions and make recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness of restaurant, wait station, and kitchen areas.
