Job summary

The Elizabeth Hotel and Emporium, part of Sage Hospitality Group, is seeking a Part Time Bartender in Fort Collins. You will be responsible for set-up, mixing drinks, serving guests, and maintaining the bar area while upholding service standards and maximizing profitability.

Role requires evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training and TIPS certification are valued; 21+ age is mandatory. This is a fast-paced, guest-focused environment with opportunities for growth within Sage’s portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bartending training and certification required.
• TIPS certification preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.

Responsibilities

• Make and serve drinks to guests and cocktail servers following established guidelines, procedures and policies.
• Perform all guest contact activities in a cordial, efficient and professional manner; maintaining a commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Ring guest checks, collect cash and process credits and room charges in the exact manner outlined by company policies and procedures.
• Complete liquor requisitions and supply lists.
• Know and comply with state liquor laws.
• Ensure established pars are maintained.
• Perform all sidework duties according to sidework schedules.
