Job summary

The Elizabeth Hotel and Emporium, part of Sage Hospitality Group, is seeking a Host/Food Runner/Busser to support hospitality across shifts that require Friday through Sunday availability in Fort Collins, CO. You’ll play a vital role in greeting guests, delivering food, and maintaining dining room cleanliness.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma and 3+ months in a hospitality or customer service role, with basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
• English proficiency required (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, escort to tables, present menus, and accommodate special needs.
• Coordinate seating and notify servers for immediate attention.
• Maintain visible presence, assist servers, respond to guest requests, and report feedback to management.
