Job summary

Extell Hospitality Services, operating Canopy by Hilton Deer Valley, seeks a Guest Experience Host to warmly welcome guests and coordinate front desk and concierge duties. You will register arrivals, manage payments, assist with inquiries, and provide local guidance to enhance stays in the Park City area.

The role requires a hospitable, organized, and guest-focused professional with strong knowledge of the local surroundings and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in Front Desk or hospitality customer service is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and high-quality work.
• Excellent organizational skills in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests upon arrival, verify reservations and process payments.
• Handle check-ins/outs accurately and efficiently.
• Answer calls, provide information, and take messages as needed.
• Manage room assignments and accommodate special requests when possible.
• Maintain guest records and update profiles with preferences.
