Pasadena Hotel & Pool is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to oversee all F&B operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will forecast and manage orders, staff, and finances to maximize sales and guest satisfaction.

Lead teams in food preparation, service, and safety while driving revenue, controlling costs, and sustaining high service standards in a bustling hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Proven food and beverage management experience.
• Mastery in delegating multiple tasks.
• Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets.
• Guest-oriented and service-minded.

Responsibilities

• Train workers in food preparation, and in service, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Compile and balance cash receipts at the end of the day or shift.
• Perform various financial activities such as cash handling, deposit preparation, and payroll.
• Supervise and participate in kitchen and dining area cleaning activities.
• Resolve customer complaints regarding food service.
• Forecast staff, equipment, and supply requirements based on business demand.
• Greet and seat guests, and present menus and wine lists.
• Schedule parties and take reservations.
• Present bills and accept payments.
