Responsibilities

• Receives and greets members and guests
• Coordinates food service between kitchen and service staff
• Inspects dining room to ensure proper maintenance, cleanliness and safety
• Manages guest reservations system
• Assists with service of food and beverages in outlets and for special functions
• Enforces rules, regulations and policies
• Maintains cigars, cigarettes and amenities for dining room
• Assists in dining room inventory assessments
• Suggests dining room decoration for special themes
• Supports training and mentoring food & beverage staff
