Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Greets and serves members and guests.
• Coordinates food service between kitchen and wait staff.
• Inspects linens and silver/copper service ware for proper appearance.
• Resolves member/guest complaints promptly and professionally.
• Ensures safety, accident and emergency policies are followed.
• Oversees revenue control procedures and inventory checks.
• Manages dining room cleanliness, maintenance, and safety standards.
• Oversees reservations system and guest seating arrangements.
• Assists with service during outlets and special functions.
• Mentors and trains food & beverage staff; enforces policies.
