Job summary

Beechmont Country Club in Beachwood, OH, is seeking a Full-Time Food & Beverage Manager to lead daily Front of House operations and banquets. You will mentor staff, manage costs, and ensure top-notch service for members and guests in a premier golf and country club setting.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• Knowledge of health regulations and liquor laws.
• Experience in F&B; club environment is preferred.
• Experience in à la carte and banquet service is desirable.
• Highly organized, efficient, and detail-oriented.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong customer/guest orientation.

Responsibilities

• Manages daily Front of House F&B outlet or banquet operations.
• Supervises and develops associates in the Front of House F&B department.
• Conducts training and refresher classes for Front of House F&B personnel in correct procedures.
• Provides daily oversight of Front of House F&B accounting procedures.
• Maintains cost controls and assists in conducting a monthly inventory.
• Oversees quality assurance, guest service, and employee training.
• Ensures member and guest satisfaction.
• Ensures compliance with health, liquor laws and company policies.
• Assists with banquet setup and breakdown and coordinates with event host.
