Job summary

Hotel Equities, a multi-award-winning hotel development and hospitality management company, is seeking a remarkable F&B Manager for Sun Mountain Lodge in Winthrop WA. You will plan and manage all F&B operations to ensure guest satisfaction and financial performance.

Responsibilities include budgeting, marketing plans, HR leadership, training and coaching, safety compliance, and responding to guest feedback.

Qualifications

• Requires advanced knowledge of the hospitality and business management fields.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to analyze complex activities and develop improvements.
• Decision-making with general policies while keeping the GM informed.
• Excellent written and spoken communication for reports and briefs.
• Vision to inspect the hotel and mobility to move around the property.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the F&B functions to meet guest, employee, corporate and owner satisfaction and financial goals.
• Develop, implement and manage budgets, business/marketing plans and objectives.
• Lead HR activities: hire, train, coach, review, and discipline as appropriate.
• Ensure SOP compliance, safety regulations and local laws across the group.
• Resolve customer complaints to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Promote safety programs and manage maintenance/sanitation of front and back of house.
• Act in the General Manager's absence when required.
