Job summary

Mt. Bachelor is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to oversee all F&B operations across our lodges, including restaurants, lounges, coffee shops, and banquets. You will manage both FOH and BOH teams, budgets, and labor while ensuring top-tier guest service.

Responsibilities include staff training, scheduling, and compliance with OLCC and health regulations, with a focus on safety and cost control. This is a hands-on leadership role in a dynamic resort environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• Minimum 2+ years in a Food & Beverage managerial position.
• Strong leadership, staff training, and guest-service focus needed.
• OLCC certification and Oregon Food Handler’s Card, valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all Food & Beverage Lodge operations (FOH/BOH).
• Create and manage budgets for outlets; adjust for weather and business levels.
• Plan and train staff with materials, guidelines, and checklists.
• Lead hiring, training, and performance reviews for supervisors and leads.
• Ensure compliance with OLCC, health regulations, and safety policies.
• Manage inventory with Receiving Manager and Inventory Controller; monitor cash handling and POS usage.
