Job summary

Powdr Corp. (Mt. Bachelor) is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to oversee lodge outlets, lounges, coffee shops, and banquets. You will lead both FOH and BOH teams, ensuring top-tier guest experiences across all service areas.

Responsibilities include budget planning, training, hiring, and maintaining safety and compliance with OLCC regulations. A Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in F&B management are required, with strong leadership and communication skills essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum time in related position: 2+ years in a Food & Beverage managerial role.
• Licenses/Certifications: OLCC, Oregon Food Handler’s Card, valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all Food & Beverage operations in the lodge, including outlets and banquets.
• Develop and manage budgets; monitor costs and labor to meet targets.
• Hire, train, and supervise front and back of house staff; ensure compliance with policies.
