Job summary

The ideal candidate will have at least three years of supervisory experience in the hotel or guest service industry. Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of supervisory experience in a hotel or guest service environment.
• Ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations.
• Flexible schedule including holidays and weekends is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front office operations and ensure excellent service.
• Conduct inspections of guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness.
• Train and supervise housekeeping staff.
• Monitor housekeeping supply inventories and assist with purchasing.
