Job summary

Western States Lodging Management and Development seeks a hands-on Food & Beverage Manager to supervise the daily F&B operations, lead culinary and service teams, and ensure every guest experiences consistency and high quality.

You will balance people, food quality, operations, cost control, and guest satisfaction while partnering with General Manager, sales, banquet staff, and department leaders to uphold brand standards and profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing a food and beverage team.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, handling, sanitation, safety, and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operation of the F&B department (breakfast, lunch, dinner, banquets).
• Lead daily food production and service ensuring quality and guest satisfaction.
• Review BEOs and coordinate events with teams and sales.
• Schedule and supervise staff based on volume.
• Train and coach team on food prep, service, and safety.
• Maintain cost controls and inventory accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and health regulations.
• Collaborate with Front and Back of House for seamless service.
