You will own daily, weekly and monthly operations including forecasting, inventory, menu design, vendor relations and staff development to ensure exceptional guest and member satisfaction while meeting financial targets. Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in a similar capacity.
• Detail oriented and able to problem solve in high-volume environments.
• Experience with hospitality tech (OpenTable, Opera).
• Strong leadership and cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage F&B operations with GM to meet service and profit targets.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences and staff engagement.
• Design and implement menus, purchasing, and vendor relations.
• Forecast, hire, and train staff; monitor KPI's and schedules.
• Maintain allergy procedures and a clean, safe work environment.
• Prepare weekly/daily recaps on service, staffing, sales, and risk mitigation.
