SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment is seeking a Manager of Food & Beverage for Busch Gardens Tampa. You will lead a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences from the start, modelling high standards of service and fostering a positive atmosphere for guests, ambassadors, and vendors.

Responsibilities include supervising, training, scheduling, and coordinating catering, events, and festival services while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a high-volume food & beverage team.
• Strong guest service focus and professionalism.
• Ability to train, coach and develop ambassadors.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and counsel Ambassadors.
• Perform the job duties you’re supervising.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for all team members, guests, and animals.
• Develop team members through training, feedback and coaching.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
• Assist leadership with supervision of planning, directing, and organizational needs of the department.
