Job summary

SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment is seeking a bartender to create and serve drinks in a fast-paced environment at Busch Gardens Tampa Bay. You will ensure guest satisfaction by crafting cocktails, handling payments, and maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications include 18+, high school diploma, knowledge of beer, wine, and liquor, plus experience with popular cocktails and customer service excellence. Experience with international guests is a strong plus.

Qualifications

At least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Understanding of state beverage safety requirements.
Two years bartender experience preferred.
Expertise with margaritas, cosmopolitans, mojitos, etc.
Theme park experience serving international guests highly desirable.
Background in high-volume nightclub, bar, or restaurant a plus.
Outstanding communication and customer service.
Food & Beverage Safety certifications.
Basic knowledge of beer, liquor and wine.
Basic knowledge of food and non-alcoholic beverages.

Responsibilities

Produce and serve bar drinks following recipe and presentation standards.
Check IDs to ensure appropriate drinking age.
Upsell premium products when appropriate.
Get to know guest preferences.
Monitor guest consumption of alcohol, following all company and state guidelines.
Answer guest questions.
Operate cash register.
Keep areas clean and sanitary.
Earn guaranteed rate if not met with tips.
