Job summary

DonOhoe Hospitality Services is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager for Cambria Hotel Washington D.C. Navy Yard Riverfront. You will oversee the F&B operations, strive for cost control and guest satisfaction, and lead a team to deliver exceptional service.

The role requires prior supervisory experience, strong communication, and the ability to train and motivate staff in a fast-paced hotel environment. Opportunity to influence guest experiences and hotel brand standards.

Qualifications

• Clear verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Certified food handler credential is required.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to motivate and train employees in guest services.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the daily food and beverage operations.
• Ensure quality and presentation meet brand and hotel standards.
• Respond promptly to guests' comments and complaints.
• Assist with purchasing and inventory control for the F&B department.
• Train staff for competency and ensure hotel policies and service standards are followed.
• Collaborate with sales and housekeeping to plan banquets per BEO requirements.
