The Greenleigh, opening Fall 2026 in Houston, seeks a dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to oversee restaurant and bar venues, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, financial performance, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in coffee shop, café, or food & beverage management.
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation, espresso equipment, and café operations.
• Proven experience leading, training, and developing teams.
• Financial acumen with experience managing labor, inventory, and cost controls.
• Exceptional guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned restaurant and/or bar venues.
• Maintain exceptional presentation, service execution, and guest satisfaction.
• Establish and uphold service, appearance, and operational standards.
• Hire, train, mentor, and manage team members and leaders as needed.
• Lead regular meetings to ensure consistent and transparent communication.
• Assist with budgeting, inventory management, payroll, and cost control.
• Develop strategies to improve profitability and explore new revenue opportunities.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Banquet teams to anticipate business needs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Monitor industry trends to keep concepts competitive and relevant.
• Collaborate closely with property leadership teams.
